Exceptional results were recently attained on CMA CGM Columba by Malta Freeport Terminals which was one of the best operating performance ever registered by the Port. 160 berth moves per hour were registered for a total of 3,208 containers operated in around 20 hours in a 7 quay crane operation. Such positive results would not have been possible without the remarkable ongoing investment being undertaken in the facilities, namely in terms of infrastructure and equipment, in the latest technological systems and in the investment in personnel development, which are all crucial to provide the level of service requested by the customers.
