Your opinion matters… a Malta Freeport Terminals’ safety culture campaign, encouraging employees to submit ideas on how to improve work processes, has reaped such innovative concepts that the plan is to keep the scheme open for those wishing to send in their suggestions. Three employees — Jesmond Bezzina and Emanuel Gatt, from the Engineering Department, as well as Duncan Gatt from the Operations Department — were recently rewarded for their creative ideas.  The Freeport is working to strengthen a positive safety culture at work and is committed to implementing the winning suggestions to make its terminal safer and more efficient. Those wishing to share their ideas can send an email to marketing@maltafreeport.com.mt. All employees from the various departments are welcome to send in their suggestions.
