Cleaning up… Malta Freeport Terminals will be marking World Environment Day on June 4 with a clean up activity in the surrounding area – in particular Pretty Bay and the Wied il-Buni valley. Representatives from the Birzebbuga Local Council, Malta Freeport Corporation and the various clubs that Malta Freeport supports will also be taking part. The Freeport has taken various initiatives in recent months to reduce noise levels and emissions at its terminals and is committed to playing an active role in raising awareness about the importance of creating a cleaner environment for all.
